Gong Unveils New AI Tools To Help Drive Revenue Outcomes

Gong, a revenue AI company, released new capabilities designed to assist organizations with capturing the right data, generating insights and driving actions to achieve greater revenue success.

Specifically, the company introduced:

  1. AI Brief, which reportedly allows users to choose from predefined templates or create custom templates based on account and deal history; and
  2. AI Scorecard Answers, designed to help enablement leaders create scorecards and prompts with Ask Anything to analyze call recordings.

“We know AI is already being used in revenue teams to make individuals more efficient and productive, but the opportunity ahead is using AI to systematize best practices tops-down across the organization,” said Eilon Reshef, Co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Gong, in a statement. “To drive value from this organization-level approach, teams need to be able to take a degree of customization over the solutions they implement so that the solutions deliver specific, targeted, enterprise-grade results.”

Gong also released Revenue Analytics capabilities, which reportedly help operations teams define metrics and targets and create dashboards that visualize progress. Additionally, the company rolled out Gong Anywhere, which is designed to bring Gong AI directly into sellers’ Gmail inboxes and Salesforce.
