Influitive, an advocate marketing solution, announced it has launched Upshot, a customer story generation tool that the company said can help users create content through customer use cases.
The tool enables users to source, create, distribute and report customer stories as part of an advocate marketing campaign or as a standalone asset, according to the company.
“Many companies struggle to create the volume of stories required to influence potential buyers,” said Mark Organ, Founder and CEO of Influitive, in a statement. “The reality is that in today’s environment, companies need numerous stories for a diverse set of user types and use cases. Upshot enables a high volume of authentic stories for marketers.”
Influitive also announced updates to AdvocateHub, the company’s flagship advocate marketing platform, including:
- Peer-to-peer messaging and personalized profiles;
- New workflow management and reporting enhancements;
- Benchmark reports;
- Email deliverability reports.
