Salesforce has announced enhanced capabilities for its sales automation solution Sales Cloud, aiming to provide users with a 360 view of their customers, create engaging buyer experiences and helping sales rep sell virtually seven months into the pandemic.

The enhanced capabilities include:

  • Salesforce Meetings, a meeting management system that provides customer history, service cases and attendee bios to help sales reps create more engaging, personal connection with buyers;
  • Enhanced High-Velocity Sales, a solution designed to automate sales rep actions such as tailored outreach for teams working remotely, increasing their efficiency and ability to close deals;
  • Einstein Video Call Coaching, an AI solution that analyzes video conversations to provide customer insights for sales reps and helps managers build personalized strategies; and
  • A Salesforce Map Field Safety Kit, designed to analyze COVID-19 trend data and build workflows that ensure the safety of in-person sales.

“The world’s best-performing sales teams use the #1 CRM, Salesforce,” said Doug Camplejohn, GM and EVP of Sales Cloud, in a statement. “And with our new innovations in Sales Cloud 360, you’re seeing us continue to set the bar. We’re enabling sales reps to stand out in a sea of virtual meetings, and helping remote teams to work together more effectively during these unprecedented times.”
