InsideSales.com, an AI growth platform for sales teams, is expanding its partnership with Microsoft to advance technology integrations that can provide enhanced AI capabilities to its customers.
The company stated that the partnership aims to build off the integrations delivered last year from both companies, including Playbooks integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Predictive Playbooks integrations for LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This is designed to help bring more value to sales teams who are looking for increased predictive intelligence around who to target and how to properly engage them.
