Seismic, a sales and marketing enablement software provider, has acquired digital sales engagement platform Grapevine6 to strengthen its ability to provide sales professionals with third-party content for meaningful sales engagement and conversations.
With this acquisition, Seismic will build an integrated solution for sales and client-facing teams called Seismic LiveSocial. The solution will leverage the Grapevine6 AI engine to help teams deliver relevant, timely content across LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, empowering them increase sales engagement and measure ROI.
With Seismic LiveSocial, the company intends to help sales and client-facing teams drive revenue growth through trusted buyer-seller relationships across multiple social media platforms.
