The Apttus Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) aims to help companies design, execute and manage sales incentive programs and embed them throughout the Apttus Quote-to-Cash (QTC) suite. The solution combines with applications available in the Apttus’ Quote-to-Cash (QTC) suite, which operates under a common data model and through a single user interface.
Built on the Apttus Intelligent Cloud, ICM is designed to enable sales leaders and compensation professionals to manage simple to complex incentive programs that target optimal selling behaviors aligned to a business’ revenue goals.
As the newest addition to the Apttus Incentives solutions suite, the company said ICM goes beyond traditional offerings by now providing variable incentives to internal sales teams and partner channels, alongside its existing capabilities, such as marketing incentives and promotions for customers and rebate programs for customers and partners. Aligning all selling channels, including internal sales teams, partner channels and e-commerce, allows ICM to ensure customer satisfaction while providing motivation to sales teams.
Managing sales incentives has an impact across the entire organization, including (but not limited to) sales, sales operations, compensation managers, finance, HR and IT. Additionally, this solution is said to provide value across multiple industries, including (but not limited to) financial services, manufacturing, high tech, telecom, healthcare and life sciences, media and entertainment and retail.
Apttus has taken an open approach to its data model for incentive compensation. The company imports source data from any system into a canonical data scheme with user-definable attributes. This provides a flexible, scalable and bi-directional approach for accessing data from a variety of disparate systems, including CRM, ERP, HR, CPQ, etc.
The Apttus ICM solution is now generally available at a list price of $30 per user, per month and $200 per administrator, per month. There are no editions or packages.
