Former Annuitas CEO Launches Customer Experience Consulting Firm

After recently stepping down as the CEO of Annuitas, Carlos Hidalgo has announced the launch of a new consulting firm designed to help B2B companies deliver customer experience strategy and development.

The new consultancy, called VisumCx, will go beyond initial demand generation implementation and will work to “ensure that internal [departments] understand their company’s brand promise and what is being delivered to customers from a content, service, support and sales level,” said Hidalgo, in an interview with Demand Gen Report. “Then we will help motivate those individuals to do their part.”

Other services VisumCx offers include:

  • Organizational and cultural assessments;
  • Customer insight and journey mapping;
  • Content marketing strategy;
  • Demand generation program development and implementation; and
  • Executive coaching and training.

“More than 72% of CEOs state that customer experience is their top priority in 2017,” said Hidalgo. “However, many mid-market companies are struggling with how to deliver on this executive mandate. It is imperative that organizations have a clear end-to-end vision into their customer’s journey and use this knowledge to meet and exceed their expectations.”
