LinkedIn unveiled Interest Targeting, a new tool for Campaign Manager that aims to help marketers deliver relevant ads to match their target audience’s professional interests.
Interest Targeting is designed to analyze the content LinkedIn members share and engage with on the platform. Using this information, it is positioned to enable marketers to fine tune their campaign content and messaging to ensure relevancy and generate engagement. The feature includes more than 200 professional interests that marketers can tailor their campaigns to, including AI, customer experience and more.
The company said Interest Targeting will be rolled out to all customers over the next week.
“At LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, we strive to make it easy for advertisers to reach their ideal customers and achieve their business objectives,” said Jae Oh, Senior Product Manager of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, in a statement. “Since members are spending more time than ever on the newsfeed engaging with content and joining the conversations they care about, you can leverage these activities to create more tailored campaigns and reach the professional audiences that matter most to your business.”
