NetSuite has completed its acquisition of Bronto Software, an email marketing company, for a reported $200 million.
The acquisition aims to combine Bronto’s email marketing automation with Netsuite’s SuiteCommerce, a cloud-based commerce platform. It was agreed that NetSuite would acquire Bronto Software in late April.
