Outreach Announces New CFO, AI-Powered Product Updates

Outreach has launched new features and product enhancements for its sales execution platform to support entire revenue teams. Like many vendors, the company is emphasizing its AI capabilities, all aimed at improving seller productivity, performance and security.

Key updates include:

  • Mobile app enhancements that facilitate workflows while reps are on the go. Now, sellers can execute email tasks, manage their inboxes and place calls through the in-app dialer and execute personalized engagement strategies from their mobile devices.

  • Upgraded security and compliance for Kaia, including the ability to see who has viewed shared recordings. Additionally, enterprises using Kaia Voice for one-sided call recording can now enable seller-side live transcription.

  • Enterprise-grade forecasting and reporting, which teams can use to build unified views of performance by auto-calculating a net summary forecast that combines new business and renewals. Users can also build custom layouts, track key metrics and share more comprehensive insights with stakeholders.

The news comes as Drew Laxton returns to Outreach as the company’s new CFO. Laxton previously served as Outreach’s SVP of Finance and Analytics and will be “an invaluable leader for Outreach at this stage of our journey,” given his extensive knowledge of the organization, according to Abhijit Mitra, CEO of Outreach. “Drew’s expertise in financial strategy and scaling high-growth companies will help us accelerate innovation and strengthen our leadership in the sales execution market.”
