Yesmail Casts A Wider Data Net With Market Intelligence Update

Email marketing provider Yesmail Interactive has updated its Market Intelligence tool to collect customer data from a wider range of social media and other content channels.

According to a company news release, Yesmail Market Intelligence now collects data from email, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, display ad networks and the web. It also now provides screen captures of competitors’ mail web site pages and tracks how their featured content changes over time.

Specific changes to Yesmail Market Intelligence include:

Display ad integration, based on technology from advertising data provider MixRank, that offers comprehensive data covering 93,000 Google AdSense sites, including historic ad performance metrics;

Web site data integration capabilities, dubbed Website Snapshots, that gives marketers a dynamic feed of screen captures of each competitor’s main web page – a feature that Yesmail officials said is useful for revealing insights on competitors’ featured products, promotions and offers.

Enhanced email engagement metrics, including deliverability results, overall campaign performance, open rates and delete rates.

Michael Fisher, president of Yesmail interactive, said that the updated platform will significantly improve the efficiency of the company’s marketing users. “It can save hundreds of thousands of dollars for marketers developing competitive reports and investing in industry and market research across digital channels,” Fisher stated.
