Square 2 Marketing, an inbound marketing agency, has acquired enterprise-level demand generation agency BlueBird Strategies for an undisclosed amount, according to a blog post published by the company.
The acquisition will allow Square 2 Marketing to offer marketing automation support services for tools such as Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua and Salesforce, as well as advanced demand generation and lead nurturing programs to its clients, according to the company.
Cari Baldwin, President of BlueBird Strategies, was also announced as Square 2 Marketing’s new Chief Revenue Officer. The company will continue to work out of its Oregon-based office and serve as Square 2 Marketing’s west coast office.
Bluebird clients should not see a noticeable change as a result of the deal, according to both companies.
“We are going to continue ‘business as usual’ — providing high quality demand generation services to our amazing B2B clients, many of whom we have been working with for years,” said Baldwin in an interview with Demand Gen Report. “They will benefit from additional services, including website development, and focused inbound marketing, including SEO and content creation. The response from clients and partners has been very positive, and the BlueBird team is looking forward to the new opportunities that come with Square 2 Marketing.”
Square 2 also said that the company will continue to partner with inbound marketing and sales software provider HubSpot, while Bluebird continues its partnership with marketing automation software provider Marketo.
