Oracle Exec Discusses Marketing Cloud Updates, DataFox Acquisition & Blurring The Line Between B2B & B2C

During its Modern Customer Experience conference, Oracle unveiled new features for its Marketing Cloud. The updates to Oracle Eloqua, Responsys, Infinity and Maxymiser aim to eliminate data silos and provide real-time insights into behavioral data. In an interview with Demand Gen Report, John Stetic, Group VP of Product for Oracle Marketing Cloud, said these moves offer tighter integration between many of the company’s recently acquired technologies, including Eloqua’s marketing automation platform, BlueKai’s data management platform and the Responsys cross-channel marketing platform.

Integrate Unveils Campaign Measurement App For Oracle Eloqua Users

Integrate placeitIntegrate, a cloud-based marketing platform provider, launched its Closed-Loop Media Optimizer app for Oracle Eloqua users. The app is designed to provide a holistic view of campaign performance to optimize spend and boost customer acquisition.

Announced at the Modern Marketing Experience, the app enables Eloqua users to automate closed-loop KPI reporting within Eloqua’s Campaign Canvas, positioning users to make KPI data actionable on the Integrate dashboard in real-time.

ON24 Adds Eloqua To Growing Integration List

ON24 OracleSeveral weeks after its integration announcement with Marketo, ON24 announced that it has integrated its ON24 Platform 10 webcasting platform with Oracle Eloqua.

With the help of ON24’s new Integration Service, metrics collected via ON24 platforms will automatically sync into the user’s Eloqua platform. The metrics can then be utilized in the lead scoring process and aid users in locating leads that are ready to make a purpose.

Oracle Buys BlueKai Big Data Platform To Enhance Personalization

Oracle BluekaiOracle has acquired BlueKai, a cloud-based Big Data platform that enables companies to personalize online, offline and mobile marketing campaigns. This shores up the personalization capabilities of Oracle’s Marketing Cloud and eases the integration of various customer databases, according to industry observers.

"Marketers have needed to unify web advertising audiences with traditional customer databases, and that is precisely what this will do," David M. Raab, Principal, Raab Associates, told Demand Gen Report. “A solid data foundation has been the missing piece in most companies’ marketing architecture and this will enable Oracle to fill that gap.”
