Demandbase Launches Connected AI Agents to Support GTM Execution

Demandbase has launched Agentbase, a system of connected artificial intelligence (AI) agents designed to help accelerate B2B pipeline growth. Organizations can reach their growth goals by weaving AI-powered automation and trusted data insights into their unified account-based go-to-market (GTM) workflow.

Built on flexible, open architecture, AI agents surface high-value accounts and buying groups to pinpoint actions to help teams grow their pipelines faster. This aligns GTM teams across sales, marketing and RevOps to operate with precision and unlock the full value of an account-based GTM strategy.

Agentbase was designed to help teams ensure every GTM action is based on the same insights provided by a unified data foundation; align around the same high-value accounts, buying groups and people; and streamline cross-functional workflows so GTM leaders can focus on realizing the full benefits of account-based GTM strategies through automated actions.

A Long-Term Roadmap for Agentbase

The first Demandbase agent within Agentbase, Campaign Outcomes Agent, has already proven to optimize bidding strategies to maximize campaign goals within the platform’s B2B Demand-Side Platform (DSP). Results show that Q4 2024 campaigns using Demandbase’s intent and engagement models had a 40% higher click-through rate and a 25% greater lift in page visits than standard campaigns.

“We’ve also developed a robust framework that supports and standardizes the development of AI agents, ensuring they operate with the highest standards across our entire product suite at Demandbase,” said Milletti.

Over the coming months, Demandbase will launch a series of strategic agents to drive efficient and effective GTM. The company will launch the Account Engagement Agent next. It summarizes engagement activities and highlights salient points about an account, giving sellers the information they need to quickly determine next steps.

Demandbase is also seeking partners to pilot its AI Design Partner Program. Through this process, select customers’ workflows will reveal opportunities for innovation, transforming the Demandbase product and optimizing how it serves GTM leaders.
