Drift, a conversational marketing platform, has released Drift for Sales, a new platform designed to help sales representatives build personal relationships, enhance conversations and schedule meetings with potential buyers.
Drift for Sales includes three main features:
- Drift Profiles: Every sales representative is assigned a customizable homepage and URL to help personalize the buying experience and better connect with potential customers;
- Drift Meetings: Meetings can be scheduled through the platform, shared with a single-click and rescheduled if need be; and
- Drift Sequences: Sequences is designed to notify sales representatives when someone visits the website via email, so that they can immediately send a personalized message. It is positioned to opt out anyone who has already responded to a marketing email, scheduled a meeting with a sales representative or had a recent conversation on the website.

The announcement comes shortly after Drift unveiled its email platform designed to help businesses connect emails to their website, where chatbots offer personalized messages based on email engagement data.
