6sense Launches AI Email Agents, Names Chris Ball as New CEO

6sense has introduced a new a reimagined product that delivers on truly personalized outreach at scale without the manual work.

AI Email is an evolution of 6sense’s Conversational Email to help marketing teams create and accelerate pipeline. Powered by intelligent, persona-driven agents, AI Email delivers end-to-end efficiency across the entire email lifecycle: writing, sending, following up, reading replies, and routing qualified opportunities to sales.

The new product was launched in the days preceding Chris Ball being named the new CEO.

AI Email Agents extend what a company’s platform can do for customers by delivering scale and personalization together, said Kirill Popov, Sr. Director of Product Management at 6sense.

Driving Pipeline with Less Effort 

The release includes several product enhancements designed to help marketers launch more relevant, scalable, and revenue-generating campaigns. The AI Email Personalization moves beyond first-name token swaps. AI Agents now craft unique, 1:1 messages using custom prompts, CRM data, and proprietary Signalverse insights, transforming how teams engage entire buying groups.

Built on enterprise-grade infrastructure, this new native option improves deliverability and scales with ease so users no longer have to wrestle wrestling with third-party send limits or security headaches. Additionally, it can be configured to to work weekends, off-hours, or on custom schedules so that leads are Sseamlessly hand off to the right sales rep based on role, region, or the logic you define.

This launch builds on the momentum of 6sense’s broader Summer 2025 release, which includes a redesigned Revenue Marketing homepage, enhanced segmentation and analytics, and integrations with The Trade Desk to extend reach across display, native, and CTV formats.

New CEO

Ball as its new CEO to lead 6sense into its next stage of growth as his predecessor Jason Zintak will continue in his role as Chairman of the Board. Since joining as CEO in 2017, Zintak has led 6sense through a period of remarkable transformation, scaling revenue from $5 million to more than $250 million and driving significant market expansion through both organic growth and acquisitions.

Ball joins 6sense from Instructure, where as President and COO he drove consistent expansion and strengthened the company’s global SaaS operating model and has with extensive experience scaling enterprises and leading transformation at Instructure, Adobe, SAP, and others, with a focus on delivering differentiated, customer-focused solutions.

Building on the momentum created during Zintak’s tenure, Ball will focus on scaling innovation, deepening customer impact, and accelerating the company’s global expansion.
