InsideView Expands Integration With SAP

Published: December 3, 2015

InsideView expanded its integration with SAP to include the SAP hybris Commerce solution as a part of InsideView for Sales, the company’s sales intelligence platform.

The integration of customer and prospect data with e-commerce transactions will become more important for B2B companies going forward as they take an omnichannel approach to customer engagement and move toward e-commerce solutions, according to Heidi Tucker, InsideView’s VP of Global Alliances. Companies such as 3M and Aramark are using e-commerce platforms for the B2B transactions, she noted.

“For B2B companies, this means that sales and marketing teams have access to real-time intelligence about their customers to ensure they are investing their marketing and sales resources on campaigns with a strong ROI,” Tucker noted in an interview with Demand Gen Report.

The integration is intended to provide customers with direct access to InsideView for Sales to be used in combination with other solutions in the SAP for Commerce portfolio.
