Drift Joins Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partnership Program

Published: December 7, 2022

Drift, a conversation cloud company, became a Microsoft independent software vendor partner to further unlock the power of conversational marketing and sales and accelerate innovation and value for Drift customers globally.

Drift’s integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Teams help companies personalize customer journeys to build quality pipeline and increase sales velocity. Since the integration is bidirectional, customers can also strengthen their customer relationship management (CRM) as their single source of truth. The benefits included within Microsoft Dynamics 365 include helping marketers:

  • Maintain a single source of truth for CRM data;
  • Act quicker when buyers are on their website;
  • Build their pipeline; and
  • Automatically sync leads, contacts and transcripts from Drift to create a record of sales activity.

The integration with Microsoft teams will help practitioners schedule meetings faster. Drift will automatically add a unique Teams conference link to sales reps’ meetings, whether it’s booked through the Drift bot, chat, email or the user’s profile.

“By becoming one of the first B2B conversational marketing and sales solutions in Microsoft AppSource, Drift’s integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Teams makes it easier than ever for businesses to buy from businesses — all while using the software that companies already know and love,” said Andrew Arocha, CRO of Drift, in a statement. “This integration with Microsoft underscores our commitment to providing Drift customers with an integrated technology stack to overcome market challenges and build ongoing value to support their teams and revenue generation.”
