Act-On Software has unveiled a new package for SugarCRM customers that is designed to streamline their customer engagement tactics and orchestrate campaigns based on deeper insights.
The Act-On for Sugar bundle includes:
- A native CRM integration to help users automatically update contact and lead records in SugarCRM;
- Access to Act-On’s newest solution, Engagement Insights, offering deeper insight into the performance of marketing channels, programs and campaigns; and
- A comprehensive support offering, including 24-hour assistance and phone line access to a team of technology experts and marketing success managers.
