Full Circle Insights announced $4.7 million in Series B funding that is intended to help the company expand its sales and marketing initiatives and develop new products and services. Aligned Partners led the round with participation from Salesforce Ventures.
“We have been very strategic with our funding, and we plan to use this investment to reach new markets and develop new products,” said Bonnie Crater, President and CEO of Full Circle Insights, in an interview with Demand Gen Report. Crater declined to elaborate on the company’s new product plans.
Crater said Full Circle Insights will continue to develop and refine native Salesforce apps to provide deeper insights into marketing and sales performance, while also eliminating data silos.
The recent hire of CMO Ellen Luttrell signaled the company's commitment to building awareness and expanding its customer base, Crater noted.
