Salesforce has unveiled its Einstein Search feature, designed to solve the complexities of CRM search by making them more intelligent, less overwhelming and more personal and effective for sales and marketing teams.
The new feature is designed to help resolve the complexities of enterprise search within Salesforce’s CRM offering. It was developed to help sales and marketing teams work quickly and more efficiently, bringing the most relevant and personalized information to the forefront with enhanced machine learning and data mining techniques.
Other features of the search engine include:
- Results tailored to every user — Einstein Search aims to tailor personalized information that matters to the customer’s company and sales ventures via data mining and machine learning technology.
- Natural language queries — The feature understands natural language as it applies to Salesforce. It is designed to interpret search queries like a human would.
- Customizable search — Einstein search seeks to display information relevant to the user with an actionable search bar, where users can search for a contact and connect them instantly to an opportunity.
“With Einstein Search, we’re using the power of artificial intelligence to help our users find and do things in Salesforce faster than ever before,” Will Breetz, VP of Product for Search at Salesforce, in a statement to Demand Gen Report.
The Einstein Search Engine feature will be available by next year to organizations with more than 150 active licenses for Sales or Service Cloud, and that have Unlimited, Enterprise or Performance Edition.
