Helpshift, a customer support platform for mobile apps, has released Campaigns for Proactive Support. The solution provides companies the ability to manage their data and deliver proactive automated customer service in-app messaging before problems occur.
Campaigns for Proactive Support helps customer service teams communicate effectively with customers. The solution allows a company to deliver targeted and automated messages to users to drive engagement inside the app through Push Notifications & In-App Message, according to the company. The In-App Inbox stores all the messages sent by Campaigns and helps with lifecycle marketing.
Helpshift’s vertical markets are gaming, E-commerce, IoT, productivity and digital entertainment. Campaigns can be used by companies looking to provide clients with in-app support.
By integrating customer service into the app, Campaigns allows apps to send data and signals to the user’s CRM system.
Pricing depends on the number of active users, so if an app has 10M monthly active users (MAU), the price ranges between $1 to $2 per 1K MAU. Support products have an agent-based pricing model and marketing automation is based on MAU.
Clients include VirginMedia and Deindeal.
Helpshift is the first to bring marketing automation and customer support together to work on a single platform.
