Campaign Monitor, an email marketing and automation provider owned by CM Group, announced it has acquired Sailthru, an experience management platform, and Liveclicker, a personalized email marketing solution, for an undisclosed amount. With these acquisitions, Campaign Monitor aims to expand its email marketing capabilities into the enterprise market, according to the company.
Data Decisions Group, Inc., a data, research and predictive marketing services provider, announced it had acquired Reach Analytics, a predictive marketing technology company, for an undisclosed fee. The acquisition will help improve and expand its predictive modeling capabilities, according to the company.
With the addition of the Reach Predictive platform, Data Decisions Group said it is now positioned to model and score a national prospect database within six minutes. It can also help users access market research, create predictive profiles, identify best targets and more.
“[We] have always envisioned data-driven marketing as based on the ‘voice of the consumer,’” said Steve Lerner, Chairman at Data Decisions Group, in a statement. “If we can effectively organize primary market research with data aggregation and analytics using today’s marketing stack, the consumer enjoys a better customer experience and the marketer benefits greatly.”
SAP SE announced that it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire Qualtrics, a research and experience management software provider, in an $8 billion cash transaction. The acquisition positions SAP to combine Qualtrics’ experience data with its operational data to help customers better manage supply chains, networks, employees and processes.
