Higher Logic Vanilla Integrates With SlapFive To Help Support Community Engagement

Higher Logic Vanilla, a community platform, revealed a new integration with SlapFive, a customer marketing and advocacy platform, designed to help users more easily engage their community members in advocacy activities directly within their online communities.

SlapFive’s platform reportedly provides a suite of pre-built, automated advocacy programs tailored to various interests and engagement levels within a member base, which can now integrate into Higher Logic Vanilla communities via customizable widgets. Specific features of the integration include:

  • Automatically delivering personalized advocacy opportunities to members based on their community engagement;
  • Gathering member feedback and success stories via automated surveys that support video, audio and text responses;
  • Connecting community advocacy efforts to financial outcomes with analytics and revenue reporting;
  • Automatically assigning members badges, points and rewards based on their advocacy actions; and
  • Sharing advocacy actions and engagement scores across platforms for a complete view of customer activity.

This latest partnership comes at a time were user-generated and community-driven content is hot, as revealed in the “2024 Content Preferences Benchmark Survey.” The survey report revealed that 55% of respondents found user-generated content and product reviews helpful, while 41% relied on community groups and/or professional networks.
