Key takeaways
- Marketbridge and Meltwater are partnering to combine first-party GTM data with third-party narrative and GEO intelligence so B2B teams can better understand how AI-driven discovery shapes buying behavior.
- The partnership reflects a broader shift in B2B marketing toward omnichannel intelligence that connects brand visibility, thought leadership, and AI search performance to GTM strategy.
Marketbridge and Meltwater announced a strategic partnership to drive innovation across the brand intelligence stack, giving go-to-market (GTM) teams extended access to brand and narrative intelligence and broader visibility into the channels that support and influence GTM activity and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
As GEO reshuffles which channels carry weight in the buying journey, extending GTM intelligence into narrative intelligence becomes essential to seeing the full picture: the brand awareness, visibility, and thought leadership that shapes both GEO performance and human-driven channel engagement optimization.
Under the partnership, Meltwater provides the narrative and GEO intelligence for Marketbridge to integrate into its broader GTM intelligence, strategy, and content workflow.
How Collaboration Will Unify Data for GTM Teams
As the first B2B marketing solutions provider to combine first-party data access with Meltwater’s third-party intelligence, Marketbridge will work with Meltwater customers to design, build, and deploy enhanced custom solutions, bringing these data worlds together to deliver sharper intelligence and strategy.
“In this new AI-driven buying journey, the brands that succeed are those that AI systems perceive as positive and credible, with frequent third-party mentions across the broader information ecosystem,” said Geoffrey Sidari, Chief Innovation Officer and Head of AI for Marketbridge. “GTM teams need to know which channels are most optimized for AI search systems that reach the right customers at the right time with the right information.”
“If you’re in a marketing role and marketing leadership, if you’re not paying attention to what questions people are asking about your brand, how often they are asking them,” Sidari added. “If you’re not turning that into some sort of story in the pipeline or in the funnel, then you’re missing an opportunity to connect those questions into what the buyer is thinking in the moment.”
Focus on Improving AI Search Discovery
Marketbridge will layer custom system development, content strategy, and specialized B2B consulting on top of the Meltwater narrative intelligence platform and will work with both its current clients and Meltwater clients to enrich the B2B GTM marketing workflow, strengthening intelligence and strategy with Meltwater data.
Over time, this will drive broader omnichannel intelligence that extends from the core first-party Martech stack and engagement to the broader third-party brand and competitive narrative, capturing GEO impact and optimization to power enhanced strategy, planning, and content.
“By making narrative intelligence easier to access and delivering the right insights to the right people, we’re already seeing teams use this data in new and expanded ways,” said Mark Arduino, Partner Director Agency & Consulting, Meltwater.
Data Used to Break Down Silos
A key theme in the partnership is that Meltwater’s data is no longer just useful for communications teams; it is becoming a cross-functional resource for sales, marketing, product, and leadership. Sidari said one advantage of partnering with Meltwater is that Marketbridge can combine sales and martech data with narrative intelligence to give companies a more complete view of what customers are asking and how brands are showing up in AI systems.
“We can go get Salesforce data. We can go get call telemetry data and understand what are people asking the humans of the company, and then turn those into prompts,” Sidari said, creating “a more complete understanding of the brand itself” and helps organizations connect insights across departments.
Arduino made a similar point from Meltwater’s side, saying the company’s data is increasingly valuable beyond communications and marketing because more teams need access to the same underlying intelligence. “Whether you’re using Claude or ChatGPT, you’re able to access the underlying information to drive consistency,” Arduino said. The goal is to help organizations “get it out to the people” who need it while keeping teams aligned around the same business priorities.
Many of these capabilities are available immediately to joint clients, with a broader integrated solution expected to launch in Q4 2026.
