The new hires join a leadership team that recently added Bela Stepanova as Chief Product Officer and Matt Curl as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Arnecke Arrival

The ambition of Apollo’s leadership is to become a category-defining platform in AI sales intelligence. As CMO, Arnecke will lead Apollo’s global marketing strategy, leveraging his extensive experience in scaling B2B SaaS marketing across international markets.

Arnecke, with over two decades of expertise driving revenue acceleration, has previously transformed marketing functions at industry leaders like Intercom and Zendesk, which he helped scale from $40 million to $1.7 billion, culminating in a successful IPO.

Carr Looks to Drive Sales

Carr joins as CRO, bringing enterprise sales leadership from his tenure at high-growth companies like Box and most recently Miro, where he played a pivotal role in growing the company’s high-touch revenue from single digits to hundreds of millions in ARR.

Carr’s expertise in Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Product-Led Sales (PLS) strategies that will be critical in accelerating Apollo’s expansive outbound expansion strategy and driving the company’s next phase of operational growth. At Apollo, he will lead the revenue organization, focusing on strategic sales execution, development initiatives, and overseeing inbound and outbound sales channels, partnerships, customer success, and client onboarding.
