ON24, a digital experience platform, enhanced its capabilities to enable audiences to watch ON24 Webcast Elite live webinars directly in the ON24 Engagement Hub, a central content destination that helps generate demand with prospects, engage customers and drive partner enablement.
The new features will allow companies to bring all their live webinars, videos and on-demand experiences together in one content hub that captures audience interest, buying readiness and content performance across all digital engagement activities. Specifically, the new features include:
- Favoriting and bookmarking capabilities for users to save webinar content that interests them, as well as content progress bars to show what videos were started and where to resume;
- One-click registration for upcoming events and the ability to see which events are currently live;
- Dynamic, AI-powered content that analyzes previously consumed assets to deliver personalized recommendations when a user returns to the Hub; and
- A countdown clock to help generate interest in upcoming webinars.
The new features build on the recently updated hybrid capabilities of Webcast Elite, which enable organizations to provide customized, event-related content and communication capabilities to virtual and in-person event attendees. Additionally, ON24 released a Breakout capability in July, allowing 1:1 discussions, group meetings and peer networking.
