Alteryx Unveils Collaboration, Workflow Updates To Analytics Platform

designer sharing insightAlteryx, a data analytics software company, announced it has launched a new release of its data blending and advanced analytics software. Alteryx Analytics 10.0 is designed to give data analysts deeper insight into their marketing analytics, while also enhancing workflow capabilities and ease-of-use with a self-service analytics experience, the company said.

New Big Data and cloud integrations with companies such as Amazon RedShift, Impala, Spark and Teradata are also part of the update. Alteryx said it positions users to scale their database while also being able analyze data efficiently.

“With Alteryx Analytics 10.0, we’ve made it even easier and faster to blend data from a broad range of data sources and perform predictive analytics — and to do so at scale through our new in-database features,” said George Mathew, President and COO at Alteryx.

  • A simplified process for data creation, sharing and consumption across an organization, intended to provide a centralized location where users can control workflow development; and
  • New database connectors to drive greater analytic performance are now available for data sources including MongoDB, and SAP Hana, as well as Marketo and Salesforce cloud data sources.
