Idio has been acquired by digital experience company Episerver, backed by Insight Partners.
Now supported by a company with a wider partner ecosystem, the acquisition enables Idio to enhance their resourced teams and product roadmap. The combined company intends to grow Idio’s deployment and success teams and accelerate product innovation to help marketers achieve greater value from customer-centric marketing.
Edward Barrow and Andrew Davies, Idio’s co-founders, are committed to help lead the combined organization and will become shareholders in Episerver.
Through real-time predictive analytics, Idio predicts the interests of each buyer and delivers hyper-relevant content to engage each buyer for improved business results. Idio automatically analyzes and categorizes unstructured content data into a structured content hub to deliver relevant 1:1 buyer experiences across digital channels.
