Description Will be working with the Joomla and Wordpress CMS on a daily basis. Will be responsible for creating and managing online campaigns for clients and internal needs via social media, email marketing, and web site.
The marketing manager is also responsible for regular e-newsletter creation and distribution. This is includes updating the existing HTML template on a weekly basis with new content provided by the editorial staff.
Online marketing manager must track and monitor site traffic and optimize campaigns based on the best-performing strategies.

Position Description
Demandbase is looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to help build a world-class company. The Senior Product Manager owns functional design and drives the implementation of new applications and features within our existing applications. S/he works closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and external stakeholders to assess requirements and prioritize and design comprehensive solutions. S/he is also responsible for project management activities related to these projects.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough requirements gathering and analysis and recommend solutions
Develop concise, complete software functional designs, including business logic, navigation flow, data models, usability design, performance and documentation specifications
Contribute to every stage in the software solution life cycle, from design to implementation, testing, release and maintenance
Prepare test plans/scripts and execute functional and system testing
Lead technical resources such as developers, testers, and UI designers
Manage software projects, including the development and management of project plans and schedules
Qualifications/Experience
5+ years product management experience, including development of software product specifications and contribution at every stage in the software solution life cycle, from design to implementation; testing, release and maintenance.
Our applications use the Adobe Flex and AIR platforms, so experience designing interactions for Rich Internet Applications is a big plus
Practical experience using Agile software development practices, Extreme Programming (XP) is a plus
Experience gathering requirements from all levels of an organization; savvy with end-users
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills

The Senior Consultant is primarily engaged on either customer facing or internal professional services engagements. Sr. Consultants often lead the technical aspects and the development of project deliverables of internal projects (system integration, whitepapers, scalability and performance tests) to a large extent and can lead standard customer engagements of low to medium complexity. The Senior Consultant is responsible for continuing to develop the foundation skills of consulting and becoming proficient with one or more relevant technologies. The position requires an individual to utilize their skills in the consulting methodology, server-based computing concepts, documentation standards and organization, time management, Citrix products and technologies, software installation, and networking skills on internal Consulting Solutions assignments or client engagements. The Senior Consultant must be able to individually solve problems proactively and seek help from more experienced team members or other available sources (i.e. knowledge base, manuals, etc.) when necessary. The position requires a team player that seeks to supplement their skills through the use of project experience, self-study manuals, and point of need training. Good written and verbal communication skills are also required.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities The Sr. Consultant works on internal and customer facing consulting projects of low-to-medium complexity with significant responsibilities for completion of entire project sections. Sr. Consultants also lead "standard" projects of low complexity. • Emerges as a significant contributor and leader on project efforts, with the ability to assume responsibility/ownership for entire project components. • Grows technical capacity beyond the core Citrix products and underlying technologies. • Experience with Citrix products such as XenDesktop, XenApp, XenServer or experience with other related Virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware products is preferred.
