LeanData, a lead management company, appointed Rachael McBrearty and Larry Cheng as its first-ever Chief Customer Officer and VP of Finance, respectively. The company said the new hires will help enhance the customer experience for its 450+ clients, optimize revenue operations and build on LeanData’s success in 2019.
McBrearty previously worked at Cisco, where she oversaw the Global Customer Insights & Customer Experience division. Cheng joins LeanData from Arimo, where he served as the Director of Finance and Operations.
