Video marketing platform Vidyard has launched a new suite of tools to extend its video capabilities to sales, support, customer success and other teams beyond marketing. Vidyard Engage enables customer-facing teams to access, record and send video content directly from Gmail and Microsoft Outlook.
The solution is designed to send engagement notifications to the sender, such as what was watched, how long the video was viewed and which parts were skipped or replayed. Through this insight, companies can gain new behavioral data on which customers and prospects are engaging with their content and what topics gain their attention.
