Marketo Introduces New Client Services Offerings

Marketo this week announced the launch of new a client services offering for the company’s Marketing Nation ecosystem.   

The company’s Marketing Nation Client Services will provide support, education and expert consultation to drive marketing and sales best practices, according to a company news release.

 The Marketo client services offering includes:

  • Marketo Launch Packs and Marketo Office Hours – prepackaged onboarding, self-service tutorials, course offerings, and ongoing assistance for customers;
  • Marketo Expert Services – access to enterprise class consultants;
  • Marketo Premier and Elite Support – providing Marketo’s largest customers with access to named service professionals;
  • Marketo Drive – an implementation framework intended to standardize the process implementing the company’s marketing automation platform;
  • Marketo Preferred Services Partners – organizations including Datarati, DemandGen, Innoveer, LeadMD, MarketBridge, The Pedowitz Group, Spear Marketing and Sundog will deliver complementary services based on the Marketo Drive framework.

The introduction of Marketo Client Services capabilities is the third major initiative launched as part of the company’s Marketing Nation initiative. In late October, the company launched its Program Exchange to give users access to a library of pre-built, verified marketing program templates. Last month, Marketo announced its LaunchPoint marketing ecosystem, which currently includes over 65 technology and service-provider partners.
