Act-On Software, the adaptive marketing automation provider, announced strong fiscal and customer growth in the first quarter of 2018. The company has seen the average new customer sale increase by 24% quarter over quarter, and has doubled its average customer lifetime value, while also growing its install base by 30% over the past two years.
“In Q1, we made many important business updates and necessary changes to ensure profitable and sustainable growth, while significantly increasing our investment in technology innovation and world class support,” said Kate Johnson, CEO of Act-On, in a statement. “We are on target in executing our transition plan, becoming cash flow positive and hiring much of the talent that will see Act-On through to long-term viability.”
The announcement is joined with notable customer growth. Act-On stated that it has more than 4,000 companies currently using its platform, including Konecranes, Hitachi High Tech Analytical Science, Black Knight and Polaris Pacific.
The company also announced that it opened a second office in Portland to support the growth of its customer success, product, engineering and sales teams.
