Story is PulsePoint’s content marketing platform designed to extend reach across premium social, native and content discovery channels, as well as optimize content based on to campaign KPIs to help maximize engagement and deliver ROI.


Story by PulsePoint enables users to manage more than 25 social, native and content discovery channels in one platform. By leveraging the product’s scale, users can find their ideal audience and reach them where they consume content.

Story also offers real-time optimization based on performance and user-defined KPIs. The dashboard allows users to monitor the performance of each campaign across the selected channels and see how budgets are being adjusted to maximize ROI.


PulsePoint is currently building out an API to allow users to import reporting directly into the system of their choice.

Story has two pricing models: a platform license fee or a percent of user media spend. Additionally, the company offers a max CPX option.


Story’s clients span the gamut from healthcare providers, consumer electronics manufacturers and retailers, to travel and finance. 


In addition to PulsePoint’s unified distribution platform, Story is designed to optimize on-page metrics, including time on page, scroll depth and scroll speed to maximize engagement. The software uses more than 100 data points to identify the best performing content across all channels in real time.
