Data management and customer engagement software provider RedPoint Global secured $12 million in Series C funding in a round led by Grotech Ventures and WP Global Partners. The financing will enable RedPoint to expand its international operations, cultivate its growing partner ecosystem and accelerate the development of new product offerings.
The company’s Convergent Marketing Platform, a customer engagement solution designed to execute data-driven, cross-channel campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle, has been adopted by brands such as AAA National, AIG, American Express, Equifax, Rite Aid Corporation, The Limited and Under Armour, Inc. In the last three years, RedPoint’s year-over-year growth has exceeded 100%.
“RedPoint has correctly anticipated the need for an innovative platform that can orchestrate customer engagement across any and all entities, devices and channels by optimizing customer data for actionable insights,” said Lawson DeVries, General Partner at Grotech Ventures and RedPoint board member, in a release. “The company’s impressive growth so far is a hint of what lies ahead, and it was an easy decision for us to double down on our initial investment.”
