Aprimo, a provider of B2B and B2C marketing automation solutions, today released an update to its Aprimo Relationship Manager, part of the company's suite of cloud-based Integrated Marketing Management (IMM) applications.
According to a company news release, version 6.6 of Aprimo Relationship Manager includes a number of user interface and technology integration enhancements. The update comes a week after the company announced its Digital Messaging Center, which will integrate with the latest update.
Key elements of the Aprimo Relationship Manager update include:
An enhanced UI that includes dashboard-based access to key marketing campaign data;
Shared whiteboards and new navigation elements designed to facilitate collaboration;
Tighter inbound and outbound marketing integration capabilities;
New social network segmentation features; and
Improved database segmentation (including Oracle and remote Teradata systems) and messaging capabilities.
The update also includes a new Reporting Workbench with data visualization tools that support point-and-click reporting. The social network segmentation features are built around a new Social Adapter component that captures customer preferences from social networks and integrates them with existing cross-channel data.
