DemandScience & Terminus Merge To Create Global Revenue Marketing Company

Terminus, an account-centric platform, merged into DemandScience, a B2B revenue intelligence and demand generation company. The newly combined entity will operate under the DemandScience brand and work to position itself as a global B2B revenue marketing company.

With the goal of providing users with an account-based experience platform and omnichannel solutions, reported benefits of the merger include:

  • Accelerating lead generation, increasing pipeline velocity and maximizing ROI;
  • Identifying, qualifying and nurturing high-quality leads;
  • Promoting seamless coordination between sales and marketing;
  • Optimizing performance across all activation channels via unified reporting and deep account insights; and
  • Data protocols that support compliance with GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and TCPA data protection laws.

Peter Cannone will continue to serve as CEO of DemandScience, while Terminus CEO Rich Howarth will become CTO of the combined company.
