G2 Crowd, a B2B software and services review platform, announced that three of the company’s co-founders will be taking on new leadership roles to progress the company into the next stage of growth.
Godard Abel, Co-founder and Executive Chairman, will return to his original role as CEO. Tim Handorf, Co-founder and former CEO, will take over as company president and will lead the product, engineering, design and research teams. Co-founder Matt Gorniak is returning to G2 Crowd as its CRO, after previously serving as SVP of Global Quote-to-Cash Sales at Salesforce.
“I am excited to continue the journey we began more than five years ago and create a new buying process for the B2B marketplace,” said Handorf, in a statement. “As we enter this new phase of growth at G2 Crowd, our founding team has a terrific opportunity to come back together to lead to our rapidly accelerating venture to the next level.”
