Salesforce Launches Einstein High Velocity Sales Cloud

Salesforce unveiled its Einstein High Velocity Sales Cloud, a combination of new and existing technologies that offer sales reps a platform to boost sales productivity with artificial intelligence (AI).

The new platform provides sales reps a single location for resources and tools that enable them to engage with prospective customers. With new AI capabilities through Salesforce Einstein, it helps them identify leads most likely to convert and reduces manual tasks.

Einstein High Velocity Sales Cloud includes:

  • Einstein Lead Scoring to prioritize leads most likely to convert with AI.
  • Einstein Activity Capture, which reduces manual data entry by automatically logging emails, calendar and call activity.
  • Lightning Sales Console, a dashboard that helps sales reps through the selling process in a single location.
  • Lightning Voice, a call dialer that connects sales reps with prospects faster from within the platform.
  • Salesforce Engage, a tool that provides real-time prospect engagement notifications within the Lightning Sales console to help connect reps with leads at the right moment.

“We’ve seen a drastic change in the way sales organizations are enabling their reps,” said Sara Varni, SVP of Marketing for Salesforce Sales Cloud, in an interview with Demand Gen Report. “We’re seeing an influx of signals from a variety of channels, and prior to now, not much has been done with those signals. We’re now enabling reps to capture lead activity and score leads through the help of artificial intelligence to boost sales productivity and reduce manual tasks that take reps away from selling.”
