Acquia, a digital experience cloud platform, acquired Mautic, an open source marketing automation software provider, for an undisclosed amount.
The companies aim to create an open digital experience platform that will enable users to automate, personalize and measure the entire customer lifecycle and create one-to-one customer experiences.
