Bizzabo, an event management software for B2B conferences, introduced Event OS Copilot, an AI-powered, interactive guide designed to help users explore product walkthroughs, chat with support and ask questions within the Bizzabo platform.
Event OS Copilot AI was reportedly trained on all Bizzabo’s Knowledge Base articles, product videos and imagery, and then condensed into conversational and generative AI interface. The Copilot also leverages a continuous learning model with the goal of automatically updating based on new information.
