CallRail, a call tracking and analytics platform provider, unveiled findings from its Q1 2015 call volume data that shows a 16% year-over-year increase in inbound phone calls for SMBs.
The findings come from the analysis of data from approximately 350 CallRail customers. The data shows a continuous growth in inbound phone calls, with January seeing a 10% increase. February and March posted gains of 17% and 22%, respectively.
“The most ready-for-action leads will reach out to your company,” said Andy Powell, Co-founder and CEO of CallRail, in an interview with Demand Gen Report. “They will engage more quickly if they are able to talk directly with a live person on the phone. These leads are more likely to convert do to the amount of interest they have.”
