Conversica Releases New Capabilities For Increased Personalization

Conversica, an AI marketing and sales software provider, has launched new capabilities designed to help users personalize conversations with prospects and customers.

The enhancements intend to help users more precisely focus on the purpose of each conversation they want to deploy, while Conversica’s data science and engineering teams work to ensure the conversations lead to faster and greater business outcomes.

Product features include:

  • The next generation of Conversation Editor, which can help companies get a visual representation of AI-powered conversations and enable the configuration of settings at each step in a conversation’s flow;
  • New user profiles designed to improve ease-of-use and security, including the ability to set configuration and access privileges by profile, user and group; and
  • An expanded library of conversation types and third-party integrations that allow Conversica’s AI Assistants to engage in a wider variety of conversations and solve more complex problems for its customers.

Additionally, Conversica pre-announced Conversica Answers — a client-facing capability created to detect and respond to frequently asked questions from sales leads and customers. The capability’s availability is planned for later in 2019.
