Marketbridge, an integrated growth consultancy and marketing firm, completed its first EMEA acquisition by incorporating April Six, a global marketing and PR group, into its portfolio.
Through the acquisition, Marketbridge plans to accelerate the delivery of data-driven strategies to its clients. Specifically, the company will leverage April Six’s technology and science operations in the U.K. and U.S. to bring together more than 300 experts to help support brands’ growth and profitability.
