Mission Callisto is the latest product launch from Gong, a new capability that expands the Gong Revenue Graph with richer third-party account and contact data.
Anchored by Gong Enrich, Mission Callisto introduces Deep Mode in Gong Assistant, along with enhancements to Agent Builder and Gong Dashboards. Together, these innovations help revenue teams close data gaps, automate repeatable workflows, make faster, better-informed decisions and measure performance more effectively.
Revenue decisions build on each other. Every customer interaction creates context that shapes the next decision and action, and each outcome informs what a team should do next. By giving teams a more complete picture of every account and contact, Gong Enrich strengthens the foundation for every decision that follows, while the rest of Mission Callisto’s innovations help teams turn that context into action and measure the results.
Why Revenue AI Is Only as Good as Its Account and Contact Context
Every revenue decision is only as good as the context behind it, said Eilon Reshef, Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder at Gong.
“Gong Enrich makes sure that context doesn’t stop where the conversation ends — it automatically extends to every account and contact a team touches, and flows straight back into the Revenue Graph,” said Reshef in a statement. “Better context makes everything built on top of it better, too. Assistant gives sharper answers, agents act more reliably, and the numbers on a dashboard are ones you can actually trust. That’s the difference between AI working from the full picture versus AI guessing.”
How Gong Enrich Fills Data Gaps in the Gong Revenue Graph
Gong Enrich expands the Gong Revenue Graph with third-party contact and account data. Customers can connect multiple supported providers and configure Gong to search them in the order that works best for their business— using the providers and credits they already have, then filling remaining gaps with Gong Credits and data from a growing network of Gong Enrich Data Partners, including Apollo, Findymail, Firmable, Kernel, LeadIQ, Lusha, RocketReach, Wiza, ZeroBounce, and ZoomInfo.
The enriched data appears directly in seller workflows in Gong: reps can fill in missing contact details with a single click, while teams can automate enrichment at scale by tasking Custom Agents with this when specific conditions are met. Because enriched data becomes part of the Gong Revenue Graph, it strengthens the context available across Gong’s Revenue AI.
Agent Builder enables teams to create Custom Agents that automatically run in response to the events and conditions they define, turning work that once needed someone to remember and act into an automated workflow.
Additionally, Gong Assistant is the front door to more of what Gong can do. Gong Assistant gains Deep Mode, a new mode for complex strategic questions that previously required teams to gather information from multiple systems and connect the dots themselves. With Gong Assistant embedded in Deal Boards and Account Boards, leaders can get the answers they need while staying in their existing workflow. And it now enables teams to build Gong Engage Flows from a natural-language request, helping organizations turn the practices of their top-performing reps into repeatable Flows the broader team can run.
Gong Enrich, expanded Gong Dashboards, and Deep Mode are now generally available. Automatically triggered Custom Agents and other Gong Assistant enhancements are rolling out later this year.
