Goldcast Expands Leadership Team with New CMO and CPO Appointments

Published: February 27, 2025

Goldcast, an AI-powered B2B video content platform, has announced the promotion of Kelly Cheng to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Lauren Creedon to Chief Product Officer (CPO). The appointments come as the company aims to drive growth after being featured in Business Insider’s 2025 list of startups expected to achieve unicorn status.

About Goldcast’s New CMO and CPO

Cheng has played a pivotal role at Goldcast since joining in 2021, helping build a scalable marketing infrastructure that contributed to a tenfold increase in annual recurring revenue (ARR). She previously held roles at Wistia, Dynatrace and PagerDuty.

“Kelly’s promotion is a testament to her extraordinary impact on Goldcast and the broader B2B marketing community,” said Palash Soni, CEO and Co-founder of Goldcast in a statement. “Her ability to shape strategy and elevate our brand is unmatched, and I’m excited to see how her leadership will guide us to new heights in B2B marketing innovation.”

Although Creedon has only been with Goldcast for about two years, she has helped the company launch key products, including Content Lab, an AI-powered content repurposing tool, Brand Voice and AI Search. She also refined Goldcast’s product development processes to align closely with customer insights and business goals. With 14 years of experience in B2B technology, AI and video software, Creedon held leadership positions at Drift and Hudl.

With her at the helm, our product portfolio will continue to redefine how B2B marketers leverage video content.”

A Vision for 2025 and Beyond

Goldcast’s new CMO and CPO appointments illustrate the company’s focus on broadening its global footprint. However, the company will continue to focus on delivering video solutions that drive long-term value for customers like LG, OpenAI and others.
