Act-On Adds Enterprise Solution To Expand Customer Base

Act-On Software unveiled Act-On for Enterprise, a platform designed to meet the needs of larger global marketing organizations. This represents a shift for Act-On, which had previously focused on solutions for the SMB market.

The enterprise software intends to offer users a mix of data portability and advanced lead scoring tools that can scale with users’ global needs. The new offering also positions Act-On to meet the needs of its growing enterprise customer base, according to company officials.

Act-On Enterprise includes the following features:

  • Multi-Dimensional Lead Scoring, which positions users to create more than one score based on different scoring needs, including varying scoring models based on products or services;
  • Security Assertion Mark-Up Language (SAML) Integration, intended to simplify account access while offering continued data security; and
  • Access to Data Studio, a data access and analytics tool that aims to help users visualize, select, configure and move data from Act-On to any business intelligence platform.
