Bigtincan Launches Salesforce Solution To Fuel Content Recommendations, Strategies With AI

Bigtincan, a sales enablement platform, unveiled a new SaaS solution for Salesforce that aims to use data science and AI to improve content recommendations and strategies for Salesforce users. The announcement was made at Dreamforce, which is taking place September 25-28 in San Francisco.

{loadpositiong GIAA}Bigtincan for Salesforce is designed to provide sales representatives with AI-powered content recommendations, as well as alert marketing teams of any content gaps that need to be addressed. The solution can also connect directly to external content hubs, such as SharePoint, and work across the Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Community Cloud.

Bigtincan for Salesforce is based on new AI and data science capabilities driven by the company’s acquisition of Contondo in 2017. It is currently available to users as a trial and will be generally available on the Salesforce AppExchange in late 2018, according to the company.
