Oracle Unveils New Agentic and Gen AI Capabilities for Sales Teams

Tools to Empower Sales Teams

The new AI agents and gen AI capabilities leverage connected data from across finance and supply chain to help sales teams create more personalized, contextually relevant experiences for each account. they include:

  • A customer engagement agent that is designed to help sales teams streamline customer communication. For example, the agent can quickly generate and optimize customer-ready emails so they bypass spam filters;
  • A customer records agent that ensures account activity records are accurate and up-to-date. For example, the AI agent can summarize recent account activity, organize meeting notes and automatically input them into the system for internal team access and collaboration. The agent also can proofread and reformat meeting notes and identify key action items;
  • The customer intelligence assistant, which generates account summaries, outlines recent activities and shares key contract status updates, so sales teams can quickly get up to speed; and
  • Multilingual support, helping sales teams quickly translate conversations and easily connect with global audiences.
